Brightness support in hardware for mplayer

In my system mplayer uses by default a xv port that doesn't support hw control for things like brightness. As a result, the 3 & 4 keys don't work.

It is resolved by using the option -vo xv:port=89

Purpose

Nuttin' overly important here, just some "notes to self" about random trivia that can be accessed from everywhere.
